I have an intense drive toward excellence. I like excellence not only in the way a product tastes, but also with the way a product looks, smells, and the manner in which it is delivered. * Excellent Product Quality - We keep this principle in mind with every product we buy or sell. Product quality is critical - we cannot compromise quality of the raw materials and expect to turn it into an excellent product. This includes the green coffee that we buy, the equipment that we use, the storage, packaging, distribution systems, and operational policies. We refuse to cut corners to save a little money and believe that the cost of poor quality far outweighs any expense incurred to achieve excellence.
* Excellent Service - Our success relies on how well we serve our customer, in several different aspects. We are here to serve customers whether it is via the web site or in store, educate customers on purchases that meet their specific needs or prepare a specialty drink. The same standards apply to our wholesale accounts. We recognize that we succeed when you succeed!
* Excellent Training to Wholesale Accounts - We provide free training for our wholesale customers. We will share recipes and presentation tips. We will teach your staff all the vital aspects of preparing espresso, texturing milk, brewing principles, selling whole beans and customer service issues. We have a monthly Barista training class that you can send new-hires or someone that needs a refresher - free. We will help you with your opening with training at your location and on-site assistance for you grand opening.
