Q. What should I do if the logout window is no longer on my screen?

Please click here to log out (this will only work if you are currently at the hotspot and logged in). For further assistance please contact our customer service at 888.932.2326 ext. 500.

Q. How do I log in?

Connect to the store’s WEBbeams WiFi signal, open your browser, and you will be redirected to the login page.  Follow the instructions and be sure to click the “accept terms and conditions” box before Sign-In.  Note login codes are case sensitive.  Some stores offer a certain amount of free time per day without a purchase for entering your email address, or logging in with Facebook.

Q. What should I do if I do not get a login screen? 

First, make sure you are connected to the WEBbeams signal.

– Open browser
– Clear your cache and cookies
– Quit browser
– Open a new browser and enter www.loginwb.com

Be sure that your browser’s security is set to “allow 3rd party cookies”.  You can also try a different browser if you have one.  Another common cause of login problems are personal firewalls.  You may have to temporarily disable your firewall while logging in if it’s security settings are blocking the HotSpot’s login page.
